The quote that I found interesting was "Schemes don't win football games, PLAYER WIN football games. What he was basically saying was, it doesen't matter how you'r players are set up or what the game plan is, as long as you have better players the the other team you will win. I do not find this to be true. Most games are won and lost by the better game plan. Take the the dolphins as an example, they had only won one game in the entire 2006 season, then came back and won twelve the next season all because they had a very good scheme.
